Competition Rules

This competition is open to the public.

People interested in participating in the nomination and voting process for the
Best of Elk Grove must log in or register for a free account on ElkGroveOnline.com.
Registration allows each person to only submit one nomination form and one voting form.

1. No purchase necessary to participate.

2. Your business must reside in the Elk Grove, CA city limits (95758, 95757, 95759, 95624).

3. Legitimately provide services or specialization within a category

4. You don't need to be an Elk Grove Online Advertiser to participate, it is open to all businesses.

5. Best of Elk Grove / Elk Grove Online reserves the right to remove any nominee that has entered a contest incorrectly or has used marketing materials, badges or language that is not in line with the contest. Businesses are nominated and winners are chosen by community members who register on ElkGroveOnline.com.

6. All Best of Elk Grove competition results are held private by the owners of Elk Grove Online. They are not shared or released until the listed competition dates. The EGO Marketing Department does not have access to the results or information about nominees or winners until they are officially released to the public.

7. The goal the Best of Elk Grove / Elk Grove Online is to host a fair and accurate contest to determine the best local businesses by popular vote. Nominees are encouraged to invite their friends, family and customers / clients to vote and may use any official tools and promotional materials provided the Best of Elk Grove.
